Effective date: October 3, 2026 1. About this program Peregrine is operated by Numerical Polaris LLC. These terms govern Peregrine text messages sent through our SMS program, including messages from +1 (888) 903-7931. SMS features may become available at different times; these terms do not mean that every described feature is currently active. 2. Message categories Depending on your separate selections and the features available, you may receive: • Safety check-in alerts: messages about a traveler who has designated you as a safety contact, including missed check-ins or requests for help. • Account and trip updates: requested account, booking, trip, or service-status notifications. • Customer care: replies and follow-up messages concerning support you request. • Marketing: optional Peregrine news, events, offers, and promotions. Messages are limited to the purposes you authorize. Consent to safety alerts, account updates, or customer care does not authorize marketing messages. Delivery or order notifications will be offered only when an applicable service is available and you have opted in to those notifications. 3. Your consent SMS enrollment is voluntary. You must provide a mobile number you own or are authorized to use and affirmatively choose the relevant SMS categories. Consent to receive recurring automated marketing texts must be obtained separately and is not a condition of purchase or use of Peregrine's general services. Accepting these terms or creating a Peregrine account, by itself, does not enroll you in text messages. A traveler entering your phone number does not constitute your consent to automated safety messages. You must personally agree to receive them. Safety contacts do not need to install Peregrine to receive SMS alerts. When phone verification is offered, requesting a code authorizes the verification text only; it does not enroll you in marketing or safety alerts. 4. Frequency and charges Message frequency varies according to the categories you select, traveler check-ins, account or trip activity, support conversations, and marketing campaigns. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines applicable charges. 5. Unsubscribe Reply STOP to a Peregrine SMS to unsubscribe from the SMS program using that sending number. You may receive one confirmation of your request. This stops safety alerts as well as other program messages from that number. If you are a safety contact, tell the traveler that you are no longer receiving alerts so they can arrange another way to stay in touch. You may also request removal by emailing hello@viaperegrine.com. We will not resume program messages without renewed consent. A separately requested phone-verification code may come from a different provider or number. 6. Help and customer care Reply HELP to a Peregrine program message for assistance, or email hello@viaperegrine.com. Support is not an emergency-response service and is not continuously monitored. Do not send an emergency request to our SMS number. 7. Safety alerts and delivery limitations Peregrine safety alerts are communication tools, not emergency monitoring, rescue, medical, or law-enforcement services. A missed check-in does not establish that a traveler is in danger. An alert does not guarantee that a safety contact has received it or will respond. Messages may be delayed, filtered, or undelivered because of network conditions, device settings, outages, or other technical issues. Participating mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not rely on SMS alerts as your sole safety plan. In immediate danger, contact local emergency services directly. 8. Privacy Our Privacy Policy is available at https://viaperegrine.com/privacy-p. We do not sell or share mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We may provide this information to providers that operate the text messaging service on our behalf, such as Twilio, solely to provide and support that service. Any broader sharing described in our Privacy Policy excludes SMS opt-in data and consent, except as necessary for messaging providers to deliver and support the service or as required by law. 9. Number changes If your number changes or you stop controlling it, unsubscribe and notify us. Do not enroll someone else's number without their own consent. 10. Changes and contact We may update these terms and revise the effective date. New messaging purposes require any additional consent that applies; a terms update does not automatically expand your consent.
